Individuals:
Don’t forget to provide your I.D., your tax income forms (W2’s, 1099s, etc.) and your tax deduction forms (1098’s, Day Care Forms, etc.) and your dependents’ identification forms (social security cards, birth certificates and any other pertinent information).
Businesses:
We may require the most recent financial statements, such as an income statement and a balance sheet. There may be more information needed, but upon initial consultation these documents can help guide us to the right direction.
