We offer tax preparation for primarily individuals and small for profit businesses. These tax preparation services include forms 1040, 1040-EZ, 1120, 1120-S, and form 1065.

Bookkeeping

We also offer bookkeeping services for small companies with less than 25 employees. This includes payroll services and payroll form preparation.

Entity Creation

We may also guide you on the way to create your new business. By helping you choose which entity formation and taxation election may be best for your specific situation.
